NTVDM: Mugen doesn't run

r68407, VBox 5.0.0. Can be also called M.U.G.E.N.

Needs cwsdpmi.exe (http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/dl/ofc/simtel/v2misc/csdpmi5b.zip/ and also attached).
It's also reported to not work on Windows, only in DOSBox. I'm attaching 3 debuglogs, one for the cwsdpmi.exe itself, one for mugen.exe lacking it, one for mugen.exe having it in the same folder.
