Add support for PDB files when compiling with GCC

This uses cv2pdb to generate .pdb files from dwarf symbols, which allows debugging GCC builds with Windbg.
The patch is relatively old and a bit hacky so it might no longer work as-is. You also need to build your own version of cv2pdb from source. The binary version didn't work for me.
