[NTVDM] 'One Must Fall 2097' does not start, when sound is enabled

    Description

      this is no recent regression, is this way at least since Feb2015

      game 'One Must Fall 2097' dies right after starting it with

      (../../subsystems/mvdm/ntvdm/ntvdm.c:269)
