F1 '97 DEMO crashes ReactOS

If you try to run F1 '97 demo, you will get a first message saying "Sorry, you don't have sufficient 3D hardware to run this game" (image 1). After pressing OK, it generates a second error (image 2). It is interesting to notice that there is a secondary problem with the executables, because ReactOS is not able to extract and to show the icon associated with the executables (image 3), while they are shown correctly in Windows (image 4).

EDIT: Killer Loop (demo) suffers the same identical defects.
