"make cb" doesn't work correctly in RosBE on unix-platform

    Description

      Hi, when you run "make cb" in unix-like systems RosBE doesn't create *.cbp
      files correctly. It's wrong location for CBP files in linux. Also no rules for
      "make cb_clean".
