Preview button doesn't work for unstranslated pages

Currently you can't preview an untranslated page, if you select it and hit preview an empty page is shown. By previewing a page you can decide whether you'll translate it or not, right now you have to click on it, accept the translation and eventually delete the draft created automatically in case you won't translate it.
