Signup/login problem with current CMS

As reported on IRC by "Bblaauw":

He signed up as "Bernd", email "bblaauw AT home DOT nl", got no activation e-mail (no clue if we have that). He can't login, error "You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password."

Retrieving the password send an email from "1 AT reactos DOT org", allowing to reset the password. But since he's not a confirmed/activated user that doesn't work.

Another thing reported is that the language at the login screen default to Bulgaran, not to Dutch or English as one would expect.
