TestCD green color even upon failure.

Through buildbot's web interface you see a green color for the test cd column even when no test where executed, i.e. http://build.reactos.org:8010/builders/x86_%28Test%29/builds/1210

There's also one weird thing, build 1210 is for rev 45148 (see link above) but when clicking on build 1211 (rev 45149; http://build.reactos.org:8010/builders/x86_%28Test%29/builds/1211) it shows the test log for 41143.

In these revisions reactos doesn't even reach the boot menu in first stage.
