      When viewing "Issues", f.ex.
      http://jira.reactos.org/browse/CORE-6609
      date and time are presented in a JIRA-system specified format. This should be user-specified format, and it should be separate from user language selection.

      What's missing is (separate) user setting(s) for date+time display. As little as e.g. an american wants to see a properly formatted date, or a non-am/pm time, does someone using ISO format want to see anything but YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM(:SS).
