Replace Facebook "Like" button with privacy-friendly button from SocialSharePrivacy

The Facebook "Like" button on http://new.reactos.org instantly tracks a user once he visits the front page of our website. This problem has triggered a privacy debate in Germany and even lawsuits, which finally resulted in the SocialSharePrivacy project (https://github.com/panzi/SocialSharePrivacy).

Please add this script and replace the button with the one from this project. You can also easily add buttons for other services using this script (this would help to fix ONLINE-287).
