finally, do not load the following files:
css/wireframes.css
css/page-backgrounds.css
css/blocks.css
css/navigation.css
css/views-styles.css
css/comments.css
css/fields.css
(some of them were already disabled in former patches)
but: load tabs.css
moved all unused css files (including the rtl-files) to a new folder "unused"
optimized the remaining css files by a css compressor + removed many empty definitions
