    Description

      Hi guys!
Right now the "Development" information is a nightmare: Duplicated info, info not useful/updated, semi-info, info spread, and info almost unreachable(more than 3 or even 5! levels to reach it).
The Development FAQ are funny: How to report bugs(user level)? How do I trace an unhandled exception(tester level)?and shortly afterwards Find help in Debugging page.(Dunno how he can know about debugging an unhandled exception if he didnt set a Debuglog or doesnt know the Debugging basics)
I am opening this bug in order to perform a total rewrite. I'll do it.But I need your help finding where is Development info.
The actual structure of "Development" is:

      -Development
      ----FAQ
      ----Guide
      ----SourceControl
      ----TechWiki

This structure looks odd when at main Development page we have 2 sections called "Development Resources"(Development Guide/Technical Wiki/DeveloperFAQs,Intellectual property),"Development Services"(Svn server,Svn Webview,Jira,Doxygen).

Right now we have Development related content in and that points to:

      -Development
      ----------http://new.reactos.org/development/development-environment
      ----------http://new.reactos.org/development/developer-faq
      ----------http://new.reactos.org/intellectual-property-policy
      ----------http://new.reactos.org/development/source-control
      ----------http://svn.reactos.org/svn/reactos/
      ----------http://jira.reactos.org/
      ----------http://doxygen.reactos.org/

      -Development
      ----FAQ
      ----------http://new.reactos.org/drupal/content/about-reactos
      ----------http://new.reactos.org/drupal/build-environment
      ----------http://new.reactos.org/drupal/content/user-faq
      ----------http://new.reactos.org/drupal/source-control
      ----------http://jira.reactos.org/
      ----------http://new.reactos.org/drupal/debugging

      -Development
      ----Guide
      ----------http://new.reactos.org/development/source-control
      ----------http://new.reactos.org/development/build-environment
      ----------http://new.reactos.org/development/debugging

      -Development
      ----Techwiki
      ----------http://new.reactos.org/wiki/index.php/Welcome_to_the_ReactOS_Development_Wiki

I'll keep this updated in order to create a structure to "room" all of those, reducing duplicated links/info/etc.
For now my idea would be:
      -Development
      -----Tools:
      --------- http://doxygen.reactos.org
      ----------http://jira.reactos.org/
      ----------http://buildbotwaterfall
      ----------http://svn.reactos.org/svn
      ----------http://rosbe
      -----FastGuide(Book):
      ----------Step1: Installing RosBE. FAQs
      ----------Step2: Checking sources. FAQs.
      ----------Step3: Compiling ReactOS. FAQs
      -----------------------------------CMAKE. FAQs.
      -----------------------------------Visual Studio. FAQs.
----------Step4: Advanced Topics (Links to Wiki)
      -----Documentation:
      ----------http://.../wiki/Techwiki
      --------- Property Policy
      --------- WhiteBook

Similar tree for "Testing", a new Entry that imho we should add in the Left Menu,
Comments and "No!Please" under this line:
