Infinite loop on translated page

Recently i translated this page => http://www.reactos.org/november-2012-meeting-minutes into russian language and as a result of my efforts i've got this page => http://www.reactos.org/ru/протокол-собрания-разработчиков-за-ноябрь-2012 When i opening this page in Opera there's message in the top of the page says: "Oops, looks like this request tried to create an infinite loop. We do not allow such things here. We are a professional website!". Other browsers are rejecting to open this page because they think that there is too many redirects.
P.S. I can't add the affected URL in Jira's "External URL" field because it shows me a message "Not a valid URL". The URL is http://www.reactos.org/ru/протокол-собрания-разработчиков-за-ноябрь-2012 Sorry about that...
