Make FishEye and JIRA repositories fully consistent

Our FishEye setup currently provides the repositories "CORE", "reactos" and "ROSTESTS". This creates several inconsistencies:

• We're missing several repositories that are present in JIRA.
  For example, I missed half of the website revamp as FishEye doesn't report about the "ONLINE" repository.
• The "CORE" repository overlaps with "reactos" and all commit messages are shown twice in the default view of FishEye.

Both issues can be solved easily by adding all missing repositories from JIRA to FishEye and deleting the "reactos" one.
