Description
Reactos website needs an "Emergency" module placed at least in Reactos Homepage and Forum.
So in case something happens(as the recent hosting issues) anyone can understand what's going on.
It could be a Warning with a red border around in the center of the Homepage, which attracts user attention, and the same at top of the Forum.
Btw, this module must appear in ALL the Homepages not just the English one.
