Several website issues

There are several issues on the website:

• The Word "Fehlerverwaltung" might not be correct look here: http://pastebin.com/sKkmsktb
• The Menu links on the different languages are not consistent (e.g. on the English site there is "Development" to the left of "Forum" on the German site it's not)
• The Headlines of the "News" and "Blogs" Feeds are on the bottom instead of the top.

maybe there are some more but this is what I see so far...
