Trade Secret Definition combined with Source Code in Intellectual Property Guidelines

In the Intellectual Property Guidelines page for the Definition section the "Trade Secret" definition appears at the end of the "Source Code" definition. It should be it own new paragraph with an empty line separating it from the "Source Code" definition.
