"Improve" the download popup

Many people including me, do think that the download popup (see screenshot) is too aggressive, because each time you want to do a download you're asked for donation.
I suggest:

• to have the popup once, with an option (to be saved through cookies for example) to not show up later on;
• to reduce it in size, and maybe transform the title "Download the BootCD" into the download link proper, centered, and more in evidence.
