All reactos.* domains must redirect to reactos.org

Apart from reactos.org, many localized and other top-level reactos.* domains are in use for our website. Right now, they are simply handled the same way as reactos.org. This has to change in the future:

1) HTTPS certificates are only registered for *.reactos.org and no other domain.
2) External APIs (like CAPTCHA, Maps, etc.) are usually only registered for *.reactos.org.
3) Even if we extended point 1 and 2 to other domains, this wouldn't scale with additional reactos.* domains.

Therefore, a redirection to reactos.org needs to be implemented for these domains. In order to make the transition smooth for everybody, this redirection must take the path into account and not just redirect to the main page.
