New data for testman database

For visual statistics the following additional fields would be useful:

• Size of debug output for the whole test run in bytes
• Size of debug output for the whole test run in lines

The same information might also be useful on a per-test basis.

The time spent building & the resulting iso size for each build would also be useful, but that seems like it might not belong in the Testman database.
