Allow multi-patching for the buildbots

When we want to test patches on the build bots, we fill the form by optionally entering the revision to patch, etc..., and then in the first Name/Value field pair, we respectively enter "id" and the patch number of the patch we want to test.
The presence of numerous (four) Name/Value field pairs, suggests the possibility to use different ones in order to specify different patch ids that we want to apply. Either by specifying for each patch, an "id" / patch_id value pair, and / or, just fill an "id" name and in the corresponding value field, enter different patch id values separated by commas...
This would allow for testing many patches at once instead of having to make one patch file containing the different patches we want to test.
