getbuilds. Add get revision by date

Now we need to know the revision number that would download it. In SVN, the revision numbers were consecutive numbers which define what the revision was before. GIT is not defined. It would be good to have an alternative viewing revisions by date building. For example, enter: 2017-10-05 - show all revisions for that date. So it would be great to be able to enter a date range to display builds for these numbers. P.S. now feature "Browse all created builds" works slow, and displays are often not needed at the moment of builds.
