Builds are still identified as "0.4.7-dev-NNN", despite new "0.4.8-dev" tag

I don't know whether this is meant to be updated manually, or automatic code doesn't work (for this first time).

No harm, but confusing.

You may want to check same case with 0.4.7-rc1 tag on releases/0.4.7 branch too.
