Description
As of 3 October, 2017, ReactOS Team has moved its codebase from SVN to Git reducing the barriers for newcomers at contributing to ReactOS. However, since Git transition many wiki articles that rely on SVN in a way are obsolete which creates a huge obstacle for users seeking information on how to accomplish a certain task. This needs a change!
Here is a list of a few articles that need update:
1. https://www.reactos.org/wiki/Translation_Introduction – This article relies on SVN and TortoiseSVN to get a translation patch. That needs further update. Furthermore, a Unix subsection to create a translation patch would be great.
2. https://www.reactos.org/wiki/Subversion (redirected from Getting the Source code) – The whole article needs a update, we don't use SVN anymore to get the source code.
3. https://www.reactos.org/wiki/Build_Environment – "Next Steps" relies on SVN. Needs a update.
There could be also other articles beside these but this is what I could find. In any case you found an article that solely relies on SVN to do a certain task and not Git let me know and I'll add to the list.
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT change the priority to Minor or Trivial. These articles need to be updated as soon as possible if we don't want people getting onto confusion or problems. Thank you for your understanding.
