Discourage users from trying MSVC builds in GetBuilds

We currently show MSVC builds on https://reactos.org/getbuilds, right next to GCC builds.
Most users should not download these files. In fact I would argue buildbot doesn't even need to save them – because they're useless without debug symbols.

We should either not show them on getbuilds at all, or add a clear indication that using those builds is not recommended.
