reCAPTCHA V1 still used by ReactOS Wiki

    Description

      reCAPTCHA must use the newer service in the ReactOS Wiki. (Other ReactOS online services have been upgraded to the newer reCAPTCHA service.) When confirming an edit in the Wiki, the obsolete reCAPTCHA is used. See attached image. The obsolete reCAPTCHA is a security risk. It always accepts the string "reCAPTCHA VI IS SHUTDOWN" as valid.
