Wiki: Preferences are not updated

    Description

      I cannot update preferences in Wiki, steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to https://reactos.org/wiki/Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-rc
      2. Uncheck "Group changes" and Save
      3. Go to https://reactos.org/wiki/Special:RecentChanges
      4. Changes are still grouped 
      5. Return to point 1 - "Group changes" setting is checked again
