New ReactOS Website: Redo the front page

Redo the front page:

• Needs at least a short introduction to ReactOS, possibly some small screenshots or a quick link to the gallery.
• We need big "Download" and "Donate" buttons as we currently have on our website front page.
• Recent posts are already there and should stay.
• You may decide to use or not use the elements already provided by the template. However, unused ones should be removed entirely from the template at the end, to reduce the amount of template/CSS/JS code.
