it keeps throwing an error Fatal exception of type "Wikimedia\Assert\ParameterAssertionException"

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a certain page (e.g. VMware)
2. Click on 'View history'
3. Internal error pops up

My suspect could be that it's running on a version of MediaWiki that's already out of support (currently ReactOS Wiki runs on version 1.31.7 which was declared end of life on on 30 September 2021). Maybe a more up to date version of MediaWiki LTS could fix the problem as it fixed the problems since then.
