[Jira] Some items are displaying in Italian, even if English (or other language) is set in preferences

On Jira, in the main Dashboard, some items like time when the change has been made, "Vote" and "Comment" items are improperly localized in Italian, even in case it isn't used at the current language in user's preferences (e. g., when English or any other is set instead).
It did not occur before, it became such just recently at some point (probably some upgrade to the newer Jira version).
As I remember, I never set Italian in my account's preferences, so the problem definitely cannot be caused by outdated cookies in my web browser.
Tested with latest Mozilla Firefox 147.0 x64 in Ubuntu 21.10.
