Notepad does not convert nul characters to spaces.

In ReactOS, notepad.exe does not convert nul (\0) characters to spaces. The Windows version of notepad.exe does have this feature to allow loading the entire file.

To Reproduce:
1. Start notepad.exe
2. Open explorer_new.exe in notepad.exe
