RosDbg tool crashes in Connect dialog when the system does not have any serial port.

    Description

      An unhandled exception is thrown when the Connect dialog opens, at Connect.cs:73. The attached patch makes sure the Connect dialog won't auto-select the first serial port, if there isn't any. Also it disables the serial port tab, and warns the user when pressing the OK button.
