CS2D: Missing four configuration dropdown menu's, bat creation failure

      Comparsion image: WinXP vs ROS - tested app - CounterStrike 2D

      CS2D Beta 0.1.1.5 (i think)
      When opening the CS2D Launcher, there is no configuration possible for the graphics options, because instead of these options, there is only blank white restangle.

      Also after klicking on the 'Create BAT-file for launching' button, it gaves 'Failed to create bat file' error.

      This is not the newest version, but I think every has the same problem
