      Patch

      Add vgafontedit to compilation :

      • Creation of the adequate CMakeFiles.txt files.
      • Rework a little bit the resource files.
      • Convert the language resource files into UTF-8.
      • Suppress 3 warnings "conversion from LRESULT to INT" in x64 compilation.
