Fraginator doesn't work

ReactOS have built-in defragmenter - fraginator. (https://blog.getpaint.net/2012/03/28/college-adventures-in-open-source-fraginator-edition/) But, this program nothing doing, only write message 'could not get volume C: bitmap' (as GUI-app (frag.exe), as and console (unfrag.exe))
