Taskmgr to be moved from Roasapps to reactOS module

    Description

      The taskmgr application is needed in ReactOS module and not in Rosapps module
      because Taskmgr should be included in the ReactOS package (CD) like Explorer,..
      So Tasmgr has to be moved from Rosapps module to Reactos module.
