RosBE 64bit is very outdated and it does not work anymore

    Description

      It is known from the wiki that it is possible to build ReactOS for x86_64 by using MSVC 2015 or 2017. However, these tools do not work into Windows XP and into ReactOS. It would be worth is somebody will build an updated version, at least at the same level of RosBE for i686, and make it available online.
