Python3.13 Removing pipes.py

I Was attempting to compile reactos for an AMD64 Build for my anthlon x2. here is the build log that I have found with ninja in particular for python 3.13 has removed the pipe.py file. I attempted to circumvent this by inserting it into the python 3 folder itself and the ninja.tar.bz2 folder with no such luck in circumventing. I could change the athlon x2 to 4gb of ram, it should still function on vista ish type hardware, but it is pushing the limits beyond xp... However, if windows server 2003 does allow PAE extensioning of 8gbs I would be welcoming to the aspect of that era and doing a a regular build. I will insert the build log for further looking into...

Edit Many Times: Circumvented it using my own methods fully compiled and built on Ubuntu 25.04
