Won't compile after updating source code

When updating the source code with "ssvn update" and then trying to run "ninja bootcd", it will come up with the error message:

ninja: error: '../../include/xdk/native-hpp', needed by 'include/xdk/wdm.h', missing and no known rule to make it

The only way to currently fix this is downloading the whole source code via "ssvn create" into another directory and copy changes from the old source code to the new one.
