rosbe 2.1.3 ssvn create fails on win-xp/7

    Description

      In RosBE v2.1.3 i get after initial "ssvn create" the Error:

      • On WinXP: "svn: E120106: ra_serf: The server sent a truncated HTTP response body."
        Win7: "svn: E200014: Checksum mismatch for '[INSERTRANDOMFILE]'"
