kernel32: GetDriveType test improvement

    Description

      I tried running kernel32 GetDriveType test on Windows and then got failure. I found out that it is because current dir was C:\
      Added a check for future kids.
      Tried to find out why those fails, but it comes from a kernel drivers and I got lost.
