*Virtual PC 2004 SP1 (5.3.582.27) + Windows XP.
Description
I used (13) kmtest files from bootcdregtest-74451.iso.

Very same/reproducible error, very small change in 3rd parameter value.
Crashing (even Windows XP) OS is really bad!
If this test should work on Windows XP, then it needs to be fixed.
If not, then we want to add an "< WS2003" check and skip (part of) it.
NB:
Based on DougLyons's run in CORE-12657, this test (fails but) do not crash on WS2003.
