    Description

      "atl_apitest.exe CImage" should test all the bitmap formats (1bpp/4bpp/8bpp/24bpp/32bpp, top-down/bottom-up, BMP/JPEG/GIF/PNG/TIFF).

      Related to CORE-19008.
