Implement the ability to pass cmake command args through force

This should be possible to do.
This comes from a conversation post HACKFEST of 2025 where Timo suggested the ability to do this so we can force different tests to run with different arguments. like building NT6 for example.

We can create what options you pass through in the force dialogue and with how the builders work this should be doable.
