advapi32:eventlog fails 2 tests since rpcrt4

Two old tests are failing since 53118.

A new error appears:
err:(dll/win32/rpcrt4/rpc_message.c:1861) we got fault packet with status 0x3e6

And afterwards two tests fail:
eventlog.c:206: Test failed: Expected success
eventlog.c:207: Test failed: Expected the number of records

The error links the Advapi regression to the rpcrt4 changes.
