Duplicate result for test suite on KVM x86 and KVM x64

We have been getting many "failed submit results (failure)" errors.
They show up on the final step of https://build.reactos.org/#/builders/6 details
similar to the following:

.../testman/webservice/lib/WineTest_Writer.class.php:139 -
Duplicate result for test suite kernel32:profile in this test run!

This causes the testman to get NO data for the complete run.
We see this reported for at least the following three tests:

1) kernel32:mailslot
2) kernel32:profile
3) kernel32:resource

Colin Finck is aware of the problem and it is being investigated.
I have an idea that I want to try and will attach a proposed patch here soon.
