    Description

      These tests are skipped due to hang in testbots:

      • test_IWinHttpRequest
      • test_bad_header

      See ROSTESTS-350 for related failures.

      These tests have been failing for over 5 months since the
      {WINHTTP] Sync to Wine-10.0 PR #8550 about 28-Mar-2026.
