Java 7u65 takes forever to load

    Description

      I went to the Oracle site and downloaded the Java 7u65 offline installer (one of the CE most voted apps). The install finished and was fine. When I try to launch a Java app, It takes a while for the app to actually start. I was trying to run this program: https://phet.colorado.edu/en/simulation/balloons-and-buoyancy
