Overformatted floppy support

I formatted two 1743kB floppies(using a 1440kB floppy drive) on FreeDOS using FORMAT.EXE. FreeDOS reads, writes and boots fine using this floppy. Linux also does although it cannot format new ones. Neither Windows nor ReactOS can read them.
