The system menu should be blocked during sizing or moving the window

    Description

      Make sequences (there are different sequences):

      1) From the picture

      2)
      a) Call system menu of the window (for example right click).
      b) Select "move"
      c) during moving right click
      d) Select "Size" (why enter sizing and why there is visible popup window menu?)
      e) during sizing click on the caption of the window (it is possible)
      f) select minimize...

      In the sizing mode or moving mode:
      a) the popup menu shall be blocked (compatible with windows) or
      b) the previous operation (moving or sizing) shall be ended.

      The menu and the size/move operation shall be retested by certified tester after correction of the bugs.
